Every birth experience is unique. My role is to help you feel prepared, encouraged, and supported as you make the choices that are right for you.
As your birth doula, I provide emotional reassurance, practical comfort measures, and continuous presence during labour. I also help your partner feel more confident and involved, while working respectfully alongside your medical care team.
Doula care complements medical care.
A doula does not diagnose, provide medical treatment, or replace your healthcare provider.
